While most of our competitors, such as Dominos, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut and others make great pizzas, we take pizza to the next level! All the secret lies into our pizza dough that is proofed for 48 hours under controlled temperature, ensuring the dough matures and provides an explosion of flavours.
We start with a secret preferment, a very important step that imparts complex flavours to our dough.
The dough is fermented in controlled conditions for at least 24 hours, where the “Fire” of our pizzas starts. The mother yeast is cured and we take it trough a whole process to ensure we spark the greatest flavours.
