What makes Fire Neapolitan Pizza different from other pizza shops in Basildon?
We make our dough by hand and let it rise for 48 hours as well as use Italian tomatoes and mozzarella, Neapolitan style, thus making our pizzas special and better.
Our preferment has a secret recipe. Our mother yeast keeps the secret to the special flavours of our dough. Not many pizzerias use preferments and if they do, it’s nothing compared to ours. We cure our preferment throughout its maturation.
At the moment we are opened on Thursday, Friday and Saturday as we operate from a small setup based on a residential property. The area where we are cooking our pizza has a professional setup and in line with Food Standard Agency. Our business is registered with Basildon Council and HMRC. Our plan is to, open a pizza shop, and in the next two years we are looking to expand our business , opening 10+ shops in 4 different towns.

No, to respect the Italian and the Neapolitan Tradition, we will not “entertain” any pineapple pizza requests
No, Neapolitan pizza is not served with any sauces. The flavour of the pizza sits in the dough, tomatoes and the cheese. The additional flavour will come from the other fresh toppings. Again, to respect the Neapolitan and Italian pizza tradition , we will not be offering or selling any pizza sauces,
